The object of the assignment of the Contract consists in the selection of Service Providers to support the Greek Consular Authorities or Consular Offices of Diplomatic Missions in five (5) Geographical Zones, with the aim of facilitating the work of the Authorities during the process of receiving applications and receiving biometric data for the granting of entry visas (type C and D) of foreigners in Greece and the Schengen Area
CONCESSION CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF SUPPORT SERVICES TO THE GREEK CONSULAR AUTHORITIES OR CONSULAR OFFICES OF DIPLOMATIC MISSIONS, IN THE GEOGRAPHICAL AREA ... WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF FACILITATING WORK OF THE AUTHORITIES DURING THE PROCEDURE OF RECEIVING APPLICATIONS AND RECEIVING BIOMETRIC INFORMATION FOR THE ISSUANCE OF ENTRY VISAS (TYPE C AND D) FOR FOREIGNERS IN GREECE AND THE SCHENGEN AREA
Prospective Providers may submit a bid for the provision of said support services to up to five (5) Geographical Zones of distribution of the project, as provided for in the issue of Proclamation 1/2025 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Contracting Authority, even if tenders are submitted for several or all Geographical Zones, limits the number of Geographical Zones to a maximum of three (3) Zones that are overall assigned to a Bidder who will have been declared Provider in respect of them, according to the preference declared by him when submitting the bids
