This service market relates to the appointment of a design office specializing in techniques Specials, and particularly in large -scale heat production, as part of the renovation of the current renewable production system of the Central Colet de l'Uliege on the Sart Tilman campus (B10 site).
This project is part of the Uliege Transition roadmap. The requirements relating to the installation of decarbonated means of productions will be studied in a framework of energy optimization and reduction of the carbon footprint of the central boiler room of Sart Tilman (CCST) while respecting the structural, technical, planning and planning constraints organizational site.
The service mission is structured as follows:
- Farm edge - Orientation studies
* Phase 1 - Realization of a complete technical study of renovation solutions (including the study of possible complete or partial replacement - see also the guidance note) of the current system of renewable production of the central boiler room of Sart-Tilman (abbreviated CCST afterwards) and comparative analysis of the scenarios on the basis of technical, economic and environmental criteria. This study should allow the Uliege to validate the scenario to remember for the renovation of the CCST.
