Brief description of the procurement: The technical description of this public procurement has been prepared with the aim of determining the basic design data, tasks (including BIM design requirements) and principles for the main contract, as well as the materials, systems and equipment to be used technical requirements to be submitted. The object of the public procurement is the execution of the design works of the Märjamaa Gymnasium building (Tamme tee 1, Märjamaa, 78301 Rapla county) as a general contractor and consulting the client, taking into account the measure "Large energy-efficient reconstruction of buildings with the requirements of 2026".
