Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Operations, Maintenance and Dismantling Works for the National Day 2019 Decorations at Katara.

Tender Fees: QR 850/-.

• Tender Documents are available for collection from Aspire Katara Hospitality, 2nd Floor Al Asmakh Building (Regency Travel Headquarters) along Suhaim bin Hamad Street.

• Tender documents can be obtained upon presentation of formal letter of authorization on Company letterhead and duly signed and stamped copy of Commercial Registration and a stamped receipt for the non-refundable tender fee (QR 850.00 per tender package) which should be paid to Barwa Bank, Account No. 100000107777, IBAN: QA56BRWAOOOOOOOOO100000107777 (Aspire Katara Hospitality).

• Collection Date from 7th July 2019 to 14, h July 2019 from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm & 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm (working days).

• All inquiries and requests related to this tender shall be officially in writing to be addressed and delivered to: Attn: Chief Executive Officer, Aspire Katara Hospitality, P.O. Box 10737, Doha, Qatar, Fax No. +974 4449 3901.

• The last day for the Tenderer`s to raise queries shall be on 21“ July 2019, any queries after this date will be disregarded.

• Tenders are to be submitted in duplicate (1 Original + 1 Copy ) and 1 Soft Copy (scanned copy of the "Original" in PDF format) in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of Aspire Katara Hospitality, endorsed in Arabic and English and to be deposited in the tender box of Aspire Katara Hospitality, 2nd Floor Al Asmakh Building (Regency Travel Headquarters) along Suhaim bin Hamad Street.

• The closing time will on or before 12:00 noon, on the closing date mentioned above, any offer arriving thereafter will not be considered.

• Offer must be valid for 90 days from the Bid Closing Date.

• The successful tenderer shall submit a performance bond equivalent to 10% of the Contract Sum from approved bank with a registered office in Qatar and valid until ninety (90) calendar days after the expiration of contract period.
