Tender Details

The purpose of the contract is to entrust the holder with the design, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of a motorized telescopic grandstand within the Auditorium to meet the needs of Epppd, project owner. THE The contract also includes the execution of the following works and services: -The dismantling of the existing stand, after the new one has been put into operational service, so as not to interrupt operations; -Preventive, corrective and maintenance regulations for the new equipment for a period of three (3) years. This maintenance service will begin at the end of the two (2) year warranty period, as referred to in article 2.7.1 of this CCTP. The stand is intended to be installed in the Epppd Auditorium, where shows, conferences or any other event welcoming the public take place. The stands, which must be retractable to free up Auditorium space, must be designed for a minimum capacity of two hundred (200) places, with the possibility of partial opening (half opening) and/or total opening.
