For complete bid details, refer to the RFP documents.MANDATORY REQUIREMENT: Mandatory Functional and Non-Functional RequirementsThe proposed YMS solution must meet all Functional and Non-Functional Requirements listed in Appendix E. Each requirement identified in Appendix E is considered essential to the Region-s operations and must be available as part of the Contractor-s Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) YMS solution.Any proposed YMS solution that responds “No” to, or fails to meet, one or more mandatory Functional or Non-Functional Requirements, or that proposes non-COTS functionality to satisfy such requirements, will be automatically disqualified from the evaluation process without further consideration, as it does not meet a mandatory requirement of the RFP.
