The Australian Sports Commission (ASC) is updating its interactive sports exhibit Sportex which is located in the AIS Visitor Centre, and attracts more than 100, 000 visitors of all ages and abilities each year. The ASC is seeking to engage one or more contractors to provide design, supply and installation services to facilitate the project outcomes. Sportex aims to inspire visitors to be involved in sport by enjoying fun and safe interactive displays while learning about the history of Australian sport. The interactive exhibits should ignite a passion for sport, foster a sense of belonging within local sporting communities, and ultimately contribute to the broader health and wellbeing of all Australians. Tenderers can respond to any or all of the options presented below. They can also respond to solutions for individual exhibits or respond with a comprehensive package encompassing all exhibits. This flexibility underscores the ASC-s commitment to accommodating diverse perspectives and approaches in achieving our shared objectives. Services will include : Option 1 : Refurbishment of existing exhibits : Tenderers can propose the revitalisation of one or multiple current interactive exhibits. This option invites creative approaches to enhance the functionality and performance of the existing installations while meeting the specified criteria.
