Description : Airport Authority (“the Authority”) is responsible for the management, operation and maintenance of Hong Kong International Airport (“the Airport”). The Authority currently plans to digitalise the refund of Air Passenger Departure Tax (APDT) process for Sea-to-Air passenger using ferry service from the Mainland to SkyPier Terminal of HKIA. Eligible passengers would receive the APDT refund via major mainland payment platforms (including WeChat and Alipay) (collectively named as “e-wallet”) after passing through the Transfer e-Security Gates at SkyPier.To allow us better prepare the necessary arrangement, the Authority would like to invite interested parties to submit Expression of Interest. Interested parties shall express their interest by forwarding their company name and address, together with the name of contact person, position, email to Sunny Chang, Procurement Officer by email (Email: sunny.chang@hkairport.com).Upon receipt of the above-mentioned contact information, the Authority will send the Expression of Interest Document to the above mentioned contact by email within 2 days.The deadline of submission for the Response of the EOI will be on 18 August 2022 at 16:30 (Hong Kong time).All costs associ...
