Design supervision service for the project "Reconstruction of the existing and construction of a new railway track on the Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac section" The subject of procurement is the design supervision service for the project "Reconstruction of the existing and construction of the new railway tracks on the Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac section" The subject of procurement is design supervision services for the project of reconstruction of the existing and construction of the second track on the section Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac, over all contracted works up to their completion and issuance of user permits (in accordance with the Law on Construction, NN 153/13, 20/17, 39/19, 125/19, 155/25) and Approvals for putting into use all railway infrastructure subsystems covered by the procurement (in accordance with the Law on Safety and interoperability of the railway system, Official Gazette 63/2020). In accordance with Article 55, Paragraph 3 of the Act on Spatial Planning and Construction Activities and Activities (Official Gazette 78/15, 118/18, 110/19), the designer of the main project submitted a statement to the Client that for objective reasons is unable to provide design supervision services during the execution of works on the section of the Hrvatski Leskovac - Karlovac railway.
