Description : SCOPE OF WORKS:
PROVISION OF DESIGN SERVICES FOR THE PROPOSED SICIWA BUILDING LOCATED AT LOT 5, BLOCK 2, BRGY. V, SILAY CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL.
1. CONDUCT SITE ASSESSMENTS, ANALYZE ZONING AND ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS, AND CONSULT WITH CLIENTS TO DEFINE THE PROJECT'S VISION, REQUIREMENTS, AND BUDGET.
2. DEVELOP INITIAL DESIGN CONCEPTS, INCLUDING LAYOUT, MASSING, AND STYLE. PRESENT DESIGNS FOR CLIENT FEEDBACK AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY.
3. CREATE SCHEMATIC FLOOR PLANS, ELEVATIONS, AND BUILDING SYSTEMS. ESTIMATE COSTS AND ENSURE DESIGNS MEET REGULATORY STANDARDS.
4. FINALIZE DESIGN DETAILS. REFINE INTERIOR DESIGN AND INCORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY FEATURES.
5. PREPARE DETAILED CONSTRUCTION DRAWING, SPECIFICATIONS, AND PERMIT APPLICATIONS.
