Design services for a new school sports hall Preparation of project documentation for the extension of the school sports hall of the Pula Gymnasium, in accordance with the Project Terms of Reference, project documentation, technical specifications and cost sheet. The subject of procurement is a service creation of project documentation for the extension of the school sports hall of the Pula Gymnasium, which includes the creation of the following: -amendment of the conceptual project and summary for obtaining the amendment and amendment of the location permit for phased construction, - the main project for coming out building permits for phase 4, - control of the main project, - hall equipment project with cost estimate, - executive project for phase 4, - cost list of works for phase 4 with cost estimate, - work execution plan for phase 4, -statement of the chief designer, Fr compliance with the DNSH principle, and all in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the Cost List. Cost estimates must be harmonized with the Law on Public Procurement in order to implement the procedure of public procurement of works. The design should be in accordance with the principle of not causing significant damage (Act no significant harm - DNSH), that is, it must not cause significant damage to environmental objectives in the sense of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2020/852 of the European Parliament and of the Council of June 18, 2020 on the establishment of a framework for facilitating sustainable investments and amending Regulation (EU) 2019/2088.
