Design services and obtaining a permit for the public garage in Blatina The subject of procurement is the creation of project documentation, variant conceptual solutions, the main and executive project for the construction of a public garage in the city district of Blatina/Škrape, on the cadastral particles 8155/1, 8257/101, 8155/7, 8155/6, 8155/5, 8155/18, 13875/1, all k.o. Split in accordance with the Spatial Planning Act (Official Gazette 155/25), the Construction Act (Official Gazette 155/25) and all rules and regulations related to the subject of the project. Subject location located is on the site of the recently demolished heating plant and public playgrounds to the west of it, right next to the Blatina elementary school. Access to the location is via the vehicular and pedestrian access to the west of the elementary school (code 13875/1). An integral part of the main project that will be created the bidder will also be a cost estimate of the works in accordance with the rules of the profession and the valid provisions of the Law on Public Procurement, according to which the tender for the construction of the garage will be announced. The Bidder is obliged to obtain a building permit for construction in cooperation with the Client.
