1) The subject of the order are services consisting in the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation along with obtaining environmental and construction permits as well as author's supervision for the implementation of a task minimizing the negative effects of natural phenomena on in the Wierzysko Forest District as part of the "Comprehensive Project for the Adaptation of Forests and Forestry to Climate Change - Small Retention and Counteracting Water Erosion in Lowland Areas - Continuation (MRN3). 2) Description of work (activities) as well as material scope and location the subject of the order results from Annex No. 2. 3) The material scope included in Annex No. 2 is an estimate. 4) The description of the procedure for accepting works performed within the completed stages is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 5) The ordering party does not divides the order into parts and therefore does not allow the submission of partial offers. 6) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Kościerzyna Forest District - Wierzysko Forest District in divisions 210w, 210cx, 210bc, 220a. According to the administrative address, the place of execution of the order will be located in the Kościerzyna District, in the Kościerzyna-Miasto Commune, in the registration district 0007, on the registration plot No. 963.
