The subject of the order is the preparation of a painting shop design, an investor's cost estimate along with a bill of quantities, and specifications for the execution and acceptance of works. The subject of the intention is to prepare a design for the reconstruction of the existing steel structure of the greenhouse, adaptation for the construction of a painting hall located on the base at ul. Pod Lasem 64 in Rybnik, plot no. 1477/12. The dimensions of the foundation of the current greenhouse structure are 30 m x 6 m. The new painting facility should have three rooms: - Pre-treatment, mechanical and laser cleaning of steel elements. - Paint shop room cabin. - Paint, varnish and solvent storage room. The design must take into account all necessary installations for proper, compliance with regulations and year-round operation of the paint shop and technical rooms. The scope of works related to the implementation of the project includes: - 4 copies of the land development design. - 4 copies of the architectural and construction design - 3 copies of the technical design of the hall and all necessary installations - 2 copies of the cost estimate investor's report and bill of quantities. - 2 copies of the Specification for execution and acceptance of works - 1 copy of all components in electronic version.
