2026_001_AALTER - 1 The designer's assignment includes the design of a daycare center according to the vision of the non-profit organization, the preparation of documents and submission of the application for the environmental permit for urban development activities, layout contract documents for and guidance on the award and implementation of the government contract for works for the construction of the new daycare center. Within the framework of the works entrusted to the designer, the assignment consists of: 1. Discussions with the client and drawing up sketches in accordance with these discussions; 2. Preparatory contacts with the official authorities always in the presence of the client (including subsidizing government, fire brigade, municipality, spatial planning, utility companies, …); 3. Study assignments for technical installations and stability, EPB and acoustics; 4. Developing and drawing up preliminary designs and a technical report on the construction method: scale 1/100 or 1/50; 5. Drafting it spatial and technical programme; 6. Drawing up a written estimate of the cost of the works; 7. Drawing up and compiling the file for urban development certificate - environmental permit; 8. Drawing up implementation files per phase, scale 1/50; 9.
