Subject: The subject of this consultation is the design-build contract for the restructuring of the Jean Rostand high school in Mantes La Jolie (78). The contract is a design-construction contract, carried out in application of Articles L. 2171-2, L. 2171-7 L. 2171-8, R. 2171-1 and D. 2171-4 to R. 2171-23 of the Public Order Code. It Includes: • Design and Execution Studies; • Restructuring, Rehabilitation and Demolition Work; Reconstruction of Certain Buildings; • Work Necessary for regulatory compliance of the establishment (Accessibility, Fire Safety, Security, Energy and Environmental Performance, etc.) • The Redevelopment and Optimization of Educational, Administrative, Technical and Spaces Functional, in order to meet the current and future needs of the educational community. • Installation and management of Temporary Buildings • The Supply of School Furniture and Their Arrangement / RemovalConsultation Has Been Next The Competitive Dialogue Procedure Pursuant to Articles L. 2124-4, R. 2124-5, R. 2161-24 to R. 2161-31 and R. 2171-15 of the Public Procurement Code. The use of competitive dialogue is based on the provisions provided for in Article R. 2124-5 of the Code Cited above. In this procedure, only groups having been previously selected on the quality of their application can submit offers.
