Kolska 12 (...) 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a design and build task consisting of works consisting in execution of the Project and adaptation and construction works in the office rooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the office building at ul. Kolska 12 in Warsaw, together with the provision of equipment and facilities in accordance with the conditions, scope and requirements contained in The Agreement, including the PFU, the Project prepared by the Contractor and the Offer. The Contractor will prepare and submit as-built documentation when the final acceptance of the Task begins. In terms of furnishing the rooms indicated in the FFU, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of: exercising the Option Right (furnishing of conference room 2 and the office).2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4.
