•Technical Objective: Design, supply, install, and commission solar photovoltaic (PV) system to partially/fully support the energy needed at Barangay Sikullis, Languyan desalination plant, reducing fuel dependency and operational costs.•Capacity-Building Objective: A total of 20 (15 youth & 5 LGU's staff) individuals will be trained and equipped, in basic solar technology (installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance) to ensure long-term sustainability and community ownership.
