Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Design, Implementation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Internet and Mobile Banking Solution for Retail and Corporate Customers of Bank of Ceylon

Applicable non-refundable Bid Fee: Rs. 82, 080/- (Rs.76, 000/- + 8% VAT)

Value of the Bid Security to be submitted : Rs. 3.5 million for either lot or
Rs. 5.0 million for both lots.

Last date & time of issuing Bidding Documents : 17.11.2021 at 1400 hrs

Date & Time of Closing bids : 19.11.2021 at 1000 hrs

Pre- Bid meeting will be held on : 29.10.2021 at 1000 hrs on the 03rd floor BOC Head Office Building or online.

A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address, The Chief Manager, Properties and Procurement, 14th Floor, Bank of Ceylon, No.01, BOC Square, Bank of Ceylon Mawatha, Colombo 01 upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs.82, 080/- (Payment method- Cash) between 0900 hrs to 1400 hrs on working days up to 17.11.2021.

Perfected bid documents should be accompanied by a Bank Guarantee for the value relevant to the
bid as indicated above issued by a commercial bank (other than Bank of Ceylon) acceptable to the Bank of Ceylon and valid up to 18.03.2022. Cash deposits / Bank Pay Orders / Bank Drafts are also acceptable in lieu of Bid Guarantee.

Bids will be opened immediately after closing at 1000 hrs on the due date and the bids received later than 1000 hrs will be rejected and returned unopened.
