Tenders are invited for Design, Fabrication and Installation of a New Intelligent Packaging System for the Herbal Medicine Pill Products
Scope of Service
The Scope of Service shall include two parts. The first part is design, fabrication and assembling of a New Intelligent Packaging System for the Herbal Medicine Pill Products (hereafter called “System”). Design, fabrication and assembling of the System according to the specifications provided by HKPC shall include all mechanical and electrical parts, all standard parts including all pneumatic and electronics components such as pneumatic cylinders and valves, pneumatic fittings, PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and sensors, sub-assemblies, control cabinet(s), all electrical wiring and final assembly.
The second part is delivery and installation of the System on the 3rd floor of HKPC client-s factory for user acceptance test. Later the system is required to dismantle and re-install on 4th floor in the same building, supply of operation manual & part list, 3-day operator training & maintenance training, GMP qualification documents and one-year warranty period.
