1. The subject of this order is to perform the task titled: Design documentation for the expansion of district road No. 4536E in the Siemkowice Commune.2. The subject of the study is design documentation for approximately 3.2 km from the border of the Pajczno/Siemkowice commune to development of the road system and rail-road crossing by PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe SA. (Appendix No. 9 to the SWZ). Design assumptions: - a 6 m wide road is planned, - reconstruction and construction of exits, - construction of 1 m wide roadsides, - construction of a bicycle path bi-directional, - review of the roadside tree stand, which should include obtaining a decision to remove trees that interfere with the investment and diseased trees, and in the case of the remaining tree stand, take into account maintenance and reduction cuts in order to obtain an appropriate vertical and horizontal, - development of a permanent traffic organization project, - drainage design; - preparation of the investor's cost estimate and bill of quantities; - preparation of technical specifications and acceptance of works; - obtaining all expert opinions, tests, arrangements, decisions administrative procedures necessary for the completeness of documentation, permits, obtaining a decision permitting the implementation of a road investment (ZRID)...
