Description : The subject of this tender is for the design, development, supply and implementation of smart utilities data loggers and AI and machine learning backend and management system for a pilot project of 100 households including a smart devise app and web portal, including enhancements, maintenance and support. An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 26 April 2021 at 11:a.m. In order to participate in the clarification meeting, potential bidders are to register their interest by sending an email on [email protected] with an email address where an invite to join the Teams meeting shall be sent (a maximum of 2 contact emails per economic operator is allowed) by not later than Friday 23 April 2021 by end of business (17.00). Subsequently, a Teams calendar invite shall be sent to all economic operators who would have registered their interest by the stipulated deadline.
