Tenders are invited for The subject of this tender is for the Design, Development, Supply and Implementation of Smart Utilities Data Loggers and AI and Machine Learning Backend and Management System for a Pilot Project of 100 households including a Smart Devise App and Web Portal, including Enhancements, Maintenance and Support. An online clarification meeting will be held through Microsoft Teams on 26th April 2021 at 11:a.m. In order to participate in the clarification meeting, potential bidders are to register their interest by sending an email on [email protected] with an email address where an invite to join the Teams meeting shall be sent (a maximum of 2 contact emails per economic operator is allowed) by not later than Friday 23rd April 2021 by end of business (17.00hrs). Subsequently, a Teams calendar invite shall be sent to all economic operators who would have registered their interest by the stipulated deadline.
