Tender Details

The SIMR aims to cover the following missions:

- A SAEIV (operational support and passenger information system);

- An interoperable ticketing system for road services (non-urban and school lines), rail and fluorescent bikes;

- A distribution system:

o Sale to counters in stations: sales equipment and, where applicable, the provision of relevant staff. Concerning the provision of personnel, the Grand Est Region will confirm whether or not this mission is indeed integrated into the scope of the SIMR at the latest at the opening of stage 2 of the procedure. If so, the technical implementation arrangements as well as the number of transferable personnel will be specified in the Detailed Functional Program.

o Sale via vending machines (DBR retrofitted by SNCF Voyageurs);

o Online sales (website and application);

o Tools/API for sales partners including dealers.

- Anti-fraud and/or control tools to be made available to carriers/operators;

- Recovery of fines;

- Collection and distribution of tariff revenue;

- Effective Customer Relations through deployment of a Customer Relations Center: remote and in-station RC at ticket counters;

- The media (website and application) integrating the provision of a multimodal route calculator, the purchase and validation of transport tickets.
