The subject of the order is design, construction and implementation Financial Liquidity Forecast application supporting electronic forecasting of GMK's financial liquidity along with the provision of technical assistance and maintenance services and granting a license. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template together with annexes, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party does not require the execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Law public procurement (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act". 3. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act in an amount not exceeding 40% of the value of the basic contract taking into account options. The estimated value of the order is: PLN 1, 841, 506.00 net, including: - basic order worth PLN 1, 263, 361.00; - option worth PLN 52, 000.00; - orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act, worth PLN 526, 145.00 zloty.
