1. The subject of the order is the design, development and implementation of the Liquidity Forecast application Financial support for electronic forecasting of GMK's financial liquidity along with the provision of technical assistance and maintenance services and granting licenses. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the contract template with annexes, constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ. 2. The ordering party does not require it execution of the order by sheltered workshops, social cooperatives or other contractors covered by the provisions of Art. 94 section 1 of the Act of September 11, 2019 - Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "Act". 3. The Ordering Party provides possibilities awarding contracts referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act in an amount not exceeding 40% of the value of the basic contract, including options. The estimated value of the order is: PLN 1, 841, 506.00 net, including: - basic order worth PLN 1, 263, 361.00; - option with value 52 PLN 000.00; - orders referred to in Art. 214 section 1 point 7 of the Act, worth PLN 526, 145.00. These orders will consist in the repetition of similar services - in relation to those described in these proceedings in the contract template and its annexes, in particular in the field of analysis pre-implementation, programming work, integration with other systems, changing or expanding functionality, as well as technical assistance and maintenance.
