Program design, development and evolutionary service of partners of the BSC AI FACTORY within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - Funded by the European Union - NextGenerationEU. This service includes the following three macro activities: 1 - Strategic analysis and framework design Partner Program reference: Including benchmarking of similar programs, taxonomy of partners to consider, and the description of the necessary processes and manuals, as well as the design of key performance indicators (KPIs). 2 - Design, desarrollo e implementación de una plataforma tecnológica: La plataforma tecnológica está destinada a dar soporte a la gestión y garantizar la escalabilidad del programa. The subactivities of this macro activity cover functional design, study and inclusion of non-functional requirements and delivery of a functional platform based on what was previously described. 3 - Provision of a technical support office: Dedicated to the operation, maintenance and evolution of the program and the platform (including functional support, user service channel, improvement backlog management, release deployment and evolutionary maintenance) for a minimum period of 21 months from the start of production.
