Note:

with cover & plastic seal @ 5 gals/container with pumps, electrical, plumbing and other
related accessories.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Supplier/Contractor shall secure all the necessary permits for operations prior to turn-over.
2. Supplier/Contractor shall provide after sales support and services such as but not limited to securing materials, parts and spare parts and other related accessories, repair, maintenance and periodic check-up until lapse of warranty period.
3. Supplier/Contractor shall provide a warranty period of not less than six (6) months on workmanship, parts and accessories.
