BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF WORK: This Request for Proposals is an invitation by The Regional Municipality of York to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the Design, Construction Administration and Site Inspection Services for the Sutton Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF) Rehabilitation, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).
