Object of the contract
The subject of the competition is the elaboration of the architectural design of the Polyfunkčn- dům Slivenec. Components of the complex solution will be the proposal of a social saloon and a library, all related facilities and a few small-scale residential units. The newly designed object should create a dignified space for the social and cultural life of the village. Small-scale flats will be designed for seniors, young families, teachers, and employeesparts. Part of the project is the upgrading of the adjoining public space and the transport solution. Technical and operational solutions should meet current standards. The proposal should respect the economic possibilities of the contracting authority.
