The Province is contemplating a direct award with the Supplier for the following reasons: The contractor-s qualifications required to complete the services are: over 35 years - experience working with the ministry on the design of infrastructure and buildings specific to sites the ministry intends to develop in the next few months. In this proposed contract, we hope to secure David Millard-s services as a consultant using his unique and local knowledge of erstwhile placed infrastructure to assist with the renovation design and layout of building assets on a few specific ministry-owned properties on both the coast and interior of the province.

The incumbent of this contract cannot bid on or in any way sub contract to any bidder on any of the downstream construction works at these sites.
