Design, construction, operation and provision of social services of the home for the elderly in Tuklaty The subject of the concession is the transfer of the ownership right to the land and the provision of the preparation (project), construction and operation of a home for the elderly with a maximum capacity of 110 beds long-term care, all this at the same time as complete assurance of the entire business plan, including bearing all risks, especially the risk of delays and additional costs for preparation, design, engineering, construction and delivery of furniture, the risk of availability of equipment and services and demand risks; further ensuring the good technical condition and full functionality of the equipment and furniture for the entire agreed duration of the contract concluded with the selected concessionaire, including ensuring the proper and high-quality provision of Services for the entire agreed duration contracts.
