Council (the Principal) is seeking Tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced Tenderers for the Design & Construction of the NRLX Effluent Management System. Northern Rivers Livestock Exchange is located on Dargaville Drive approximately 6.6km northwest from the Casino CBD. The scope of this project includes researching and investigating alternative treatment methods as part of the initial design consultation, which includes; • REF• Design and implementation of a wastewater treatment processing system• Detailed investigation to the cost, maintenance, and environmental benefit of additional sediment removal at the entry point of truck wash waste prior to sediment pits.• Investigation and review of sediment pit efficiency and process.• Investigation and review of facultative ponds efficiency and water treatment process.• Development of temporary effluent management plan.• Development of dewatering management plan.A concept design must be produced, and feedback sought from the principal prior to proceeding to a detailed design.
