Design and construction of the new accommodations buildings at 22 Wing CFB North Bay.DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) is requesting Proposals from Design-Build Teams to design and construct the new accommodations buildings at 22 Wing CFB North Bay, Ontario following a modified design-build approach.The project will deliver a total of 192 rooms in accordance with the DND Living Accommodations, through the construction of two buildings at two locations across 22 Wing CFB, North Bay. The scope of work will also include improvements to the existing utility and infrastructure services.
