Council is tendering for the design and construction of 300m2 - 350m2 executive home with a 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom residence and double garage at 37 Hayes Crescent, Junee, NSW, 2663. The residence should include living spaces suitable for an executive home including dining, kitchen, and lounge. The external areas should include a fully landscaped yard including irrigation and established gardens and lawn area.
