Design-construction contract for the construction of the La Grande Plagne valley elevator As part of the organization of the 2030 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, Solideo Alpes 2030 is responsible for the delivery of the Olympic works necessary for the holding of competitions. As such, it ensures, as project owner, the construction of the Grande Plagne valley elevator, under a contract transfer agreement concluded with the municipalities of Aime-la-Plagne and La Plagne Tarentaise. This consultation is being carried out within the framework of a group of orders formed between Solideo Alpes 2030, coordinator of the group, and the State, represented by DREAL Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes. The Solideo Alps 2030 ensures the conduct of the award procedure and the management of the operation, while DREAL Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes monitors the execution of the component of the contract falling under its project management, corresponding to the new exchange point with the RN90. The operation aims to create a new valley link intended to sustainably improve accessibility to the La Plagne station, to promote modal shift towards public transport and to meet the mobility requirements linked to the Games Winter Olympics and Paralympics 2030.
