The works include the following scope: Design, build and implement in operation of the following "connection facilities" - feeder infrastructure: • New distribution system (RU) 20 kV (hereinafter referred to as "RU 20 kV of OZRM" for brevity). Substation 20 kV, at a place determined by a detailed layout plan - building plan (PUP-PZ). • The telecommunications equipment for the RU 20 kV... •Four new 20 kV connecting power lines, each consisting of two cables in parallel per phase of a new 110/20 kV substation (called "connecting power lines" for short). Construction of optical communication link (OPGW/OPUG) between the 20 kV substation of OZRM and the new 110/20 kV substation. Construction of the following supply infrastructure: • Construction of a route with access to broadband optical Internet.
