The works include the following scope: Design, build and implement in operation of the following "connection facilities" - feeder infrastructure: New distribution system (RU) 20 kV (hereinafter referred to as "RU 20 kV of OZRM" for short). Substation 20 kV, at a place determined by a detailed layout plan - building plan (PUP-PZ). The telecommunication equipment for RU 20 kV.. Eight new connecting power lines 20 kV from RU 20 kV to RU 20 kV of a new 110/20 kV substation (called "connecting power lines" for short). Construction of an optical communication link (OPGW/OPUG) between the 20 kV substation of OZRM and the new 110/20 kV substation. Build the following upstream infrastructure: Construction of a route with access to broadband optical Internet.
