The scope of work includes activities for the preparation of a Working Project, construction and commissioning of "connection facilities" - connecting infrastructure for the needs of the "Zagore" Industrial Zone, Stara Zagora municipality, Elenino village. Works include the following scope: Design, construction and commissioning of the following "connection facilities" - feeder infrastructure: New distribution system (RU) 20 kV (hereinafter referred to as "RU 20 kV of OZRM" for short). Substation 20 kV, on site, specified with a detailed development plan - building plan (PUP-PZ). The telecommunication equipment for RU 20 kV.. Eight new connecting power lines 20 kV from RU 20 kV to RU 20 kV at a new 110/20 kV substation (called "connecting lines" for short power lines"). Construction of an optical communication link (OPGW/OPUG) between the RU 20 kV of OZRM and the new 110/20 kV substation. Build the following upstream infrastructure: Construction of a route with access to broadband optical Internet.
