Products or services: Temporary architectural services The purpose of this tender is the contracting of the design service of the architectural project, which includes the preparation of the preliminary project and the final project of four squares located in the town of Hualpín, corresponding to the following green areas: ● Plaza El Resplandor ● Plaza Araucaria ● Plaza Trehuaco ● Plaza Alessandri frontis Carabineros Each plaza must be developed as an independent unit under a design to execute that does not exceed 5000 UTM. considering for each one the preparation of its respective technical file, so the service contemplates the generation of four complete files. The service includes, among others, the following activities: 1. Collection of preliminary information and diagnosis. 2. Citizen consultation in relation to the design. 3. Preparation of architectural preliminary project. 4. Development of a definitive project with architectural plans, specialty plans, reports and technical specifications. 5. Delivery of documentation in paper format and editable digital format.
