GTAA is launching the High Priority Program to address urgent and critical projects that require immediate action. The High Priority Program focuses on projects that fall outside the scope of other established initiatives, such as the Accelerator Program, Gateway Program, Technology Program and T1/T3Revitalization Program. These projects are crucial due to pressing safety concerns or the existence of single points of failure that could disrupt operations. GTAA is issuing this Request for Proposals to obtain Proposals from Proponents with the necessary experience, qualifications, behaviours andresources to perform the design-build work for the phase one of the HPP.
