Montrose Street, near W. Desoto Street, Clermont, Florida. The City intends to select a team capable of providing a comprehensive, turnkey project that includes site-specific concept refinement, final design, permitting, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.This RFP is limited to the municipal parking garage solution for the two proposed City sites identified in this solicitation. Respondents must address both locations in their proposals.
