The Board invites Proposals from fully qualified Contractors with the necessary qualifications, expertise, capability and resources for the provision of Services to Design and Build a 2 Storey, 12 Classroom Modular Addition to Charles Best Secondary School in Coquitlam. The work is scheduled to be performed during the 2024/2025 school year. The addition should be completed and ready for occupation before September 2, 2025.

Service/Technical Specification and Scope of Work.A Consent of Surety is required for a submission to this opportunity, and the successful Proponent is required to provide Bonding for this project. The budget for this portion of the project is approx. $12, 000, 000 in value.
