The Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) through the Corporate Operating
Budget (COB) Year 20262 intends to apply the sum of Sixty Million Pesos
(Php60, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for Design and Build of Proposed Four-Storey LLDA Command
Center Building with !TB No. CCВ-2026-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall
be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The LLDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.3 Completion of the
Works is required within three hundred (300) calendar days commencing seven
(7) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is
contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders
(ITB).
