For more than 50 years, the annual Royal Queensland Show, locally known as the Ekka, has featured an exhibit from the Queensland Government that showcases government priorities and unifies departmental and agency efforts. Following the redevelopment of the Brisbane Showgrounds in 2016, the Queensland Government Precinct (QG Precinct) relocated to the upper concourse of the Royal International Convention Centre. Each year the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (the Customer) determines an overarching theme for the QG Precinct, which is reflected in signage and messaging for the common areas within the QG Precinct Display. Exhibiting agencies then use this theme as a creative springboard to develop individual displays profiling their own current initiatives and achievements.Please refer to the attached QG-DPC2025-27 Invitation to Offer (ITO) documents for full details.
