Tenders are invited for BP27 Design & Build Interior Fit-out Work at Existing Lusail Command and Control Utility Tunnel Building.
Tender Fees: QAR 1000/-.
Tender Bond: QAR 250000/-.
Brief Description of the Works:
The DESIGN AND BUILD CONTRACTOR to deliver a complete Design and Build solution while considering the SMART CITY REQUIRMENTS for Lusail Command and Control Centre.
The Scope of Services includes the integrated multi-disciplinary fit-out design of:
• Remaining MEP works
• Integration of Building MEP Systems
• Smart Audio Visual Systems such as Smart Home Mock-up. digital screens, etc...
• Reception Area for welcoming people and showing them how smart Lusail City.
• Control Room with Video Wall and Operators Desks and work stations.
• Meeting/conference room with home theatre and Smart Glass facilities.
Eligibility of Interested companies:
• Tenderers or the Lead Joint Venture partner shall have a valid Commercial Registration in Qatar.
• If the bidder is a JV. each company shall demonstrate the operation activities under this arrangement for a minimum of 2 years.
• The Company's (or each company in the case of a JV) annual turnover should be a minimum of QAR 25000.000 for each of the last 3 years.
• Tenderers shall have a proven track record in successfully delivering similar projects in si2e and scope,

during the last 5 Years.
• Demonstrate they have the necessary trained manpower, equipment tools and other resources needed to successfully undertake the Works
Tender Bond Validity:

Valid for 150 days from the Tender Closing Date.

Monday 25 June 2018. no later than 12.00 noon local Doha time.

Tender Document Collection Date & Time:

From Wednesday 23 May 2018 onwards between 09.30 a m. to 01.30 p.m. on all work days (Sunday to Thursday).
Tender Fee:

A non-refundable Cheque (cash will not be accepted) in the amount of one Thousand Qatari Riyals (QAR

1, 000) made out to Lusail Real Estate Development Company and submitted to
the Finance Department of Qatari Diar (located in Lusail Site Offices).
Required documents in order to collect the Tender Documents are as follows:
• Copy of the Company Commercial Registration
• Company Authorization letter and ID of the person who will collect the Tender Document.
• Proof of Tender Bond
• Completed and signed Confidentiality Undertaking, the specimen form of which shall be collected from the above-mentioned office or requested by Fax.
• Proof of QCDD Approved contractor Status for the works.
