Tender Details

The purpose of this Contract is to engage a qualified contractor to Design, Fabricate, Install, and subsequently De-install the exhibition infrastructure and display elements for the temporary exhibition “Meros: Uzbekistan-s Living Legacy” at the Museum of Islamic Art (MIA). The exhibition presents the Islamic history and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan, tracing its development from the period preceding the Islamic conquest through to the modern era. Through the display of architectural elements, manuscripts, crafts, textiles, photographs, and multimedia installations, the exhibition aims to illustrate the continuity of cultural traditions, intellectual contributions, and artistic expression across centuries. The appointed contractor shall deliver the required works to support the exhibition narrative through the construction of thematic exhibition spaces, architectural display structures, multimedia installations, object display systems, and visitor experience elements, ensuring alignment with Qatar Museums- curatorial vision, museum standards, and project timelines. Contract Duration shall be for a period of 10 months from Start Date.
