NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT - TWO FAILED COMPETITIVE BIDDING
REQUEST FOR QUOTATION
1. The Philippine Coast Guard, through Bids and Awards Committee apply the total sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php 50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Design & Build for the Construction of Five (5) Units Coast Guard Radar Station Building.
2. The procurement of the project will be conducted through Negotiated Procurement (Two Failed Biddings), an Alternative Method of Procurement, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
3. Your company is hereby invited to participate in the procurement activities as follows:

4. The Philippine Coast Guard reserves the right to waive any formality in the responses to the eligibility requirements and to this invitation. The Philippine Coast Guard further reserves the right to accept or reject any Bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all Bids at any time prior to contract award, and makes no assurance that contract shall be entered into as a result of this invitation, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected Bidder/s.
