The Insurance Council of BC (“the Insurance Council”) is seeking quotes for the design and build of portions of the space on the 14th floor at 745 Thurlow Street, Vancouver, BC (“the Space”). The Insurance Council completed a full floor renovation in 2022, but some additional work is now required. The construction will need to minimize disruption for staff working on site. The scope of this project will include working with existing as built drawings from the Owner-s prior renovation project, and matching new construction to the existing design. The specifics of this project are noted in the Statement of Work in section 2.0.
