Tender are invited for DESIGN-BUILD : To design, expand and renovate its 7, 247 ft and add 894 ft social development center in White Eagle, oklahoma. This renovation and expansion will include the following : the existing primary building will be refinished on the interior, leaking roof, molding, insulation and drywall will be replaced. Also, the electricity and plumbing will be updated as well as new lighting, doors and hardware, windows, cabinetry and flooring. The kitchen, dining room and meeting rooms will be enlarged. A new 5-ton HVAC system will be installed plus a new water heater. The sdc will also have new kitchen equipment, furniture, fixtures & security equipment, washer and dryer. The supporting facility must have a metal storage barn (40 ft x 40 ft) with a 4" slab floor that can serve as an indoor recreational and space accessible only by a fenced yard. If at all possible a tribal design will be incorporated on the exterior of the building.
